The Orange County Board of Supervisors (OC BOS) will meet on either January 14th or January 28th to vote on extending the Voter’s Choice Act (VCA) for another 4 years. We expect them to continue to
obstruct and minimize voiced opposition by waiting until the last minute to publicize this meeting date. We are asking everyone to SAVE THE DATES, JANUARY 14th and 28th. We will come together to plan on how to pressure the OC BOS to nullify this bill. We will discuss the details of the VCA in order to give everyone a better understanding of the benefits and challenges of our efforts so we can effectively educate others. |

Below are some resources and information pertaining to the 2024 election cycle. While we at G3 advocate and encourage voters to vote on Election Day in order to minimize ballot stuffing, duplication errors during ballot processing and a lack of auditable paper trails we understand the voting public is more inclined to adhere to party narratives and misinformation. We have placed here some useful information that will help voters respond to the various instances and circumstances they may encounter should they show up in person before or on Election Day.
If you attempt to vote in person in the California elections, what can you do to protect your vote and your voice? The four vital pieces of evidence are:
1. What date and time was a ballot cast for you?
2. Was it cast in person or a vote-by-mail ballot?
3. If in person, at which vote center? If a vote-by-mail, was it through a secured ballot drop box or through the USPS mail? Which ballot drop box was a ballot dropped into or which regional post office branch received and postmarked your ballot?
4. Most importantly, if it was a vote-by-mail, make sure to get a copy of the envelope a ballot was cast for you to see the signature that was accepted.

Recently there have been reports of voters being told they had already voted when voting In-Person. Many people are offered a Provisional ballot and unknowingly cast their ballot that may or may not be counted. The system is designed to be complex and confusing. Hopefully this information helps voters protect their Constitutionally protected right to have their ballot count.
If a Vote by Mail is cast, the voter has little reasonable assurance, other than trust, that THEIR ballot was the one counted and that another ballot was not cast first place. Voting in person is vital to the preservation of our Constitutional Republic. If voters are to ensure their ballot has the “best” chance of being counted, which is our Constitutionally protected right under Article II, Sec 2.5 of our California Constitution, they must vote in person and follow these steps.
