NATIONAL VOTER REGISTRATION ACT OF 1993
(MOTOR VOTER LAW) The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA) was signed into law by President Bill Clinton. Its purpose was stated as a way to increase voter registration and participation. What it did was allow states like California to waive requirements to remove in-active voters who failed to vote in 2 consecutive Presidential elections. This in turn, was the beginning of the process by which we are facing today for Vote By Mail (VBM) which allows unclean voter rolls to be manipulated to achieve a pre-determined result . |

CALIFORNIA VOTER'S CHOICE ACT (SB 450)

ASSEMBLY BILL 37 (AB37)
This bill was signed into law as Governor Gavin Newsom 's first act after surviving the 2021 recall election. The bill mandated that all registered voters be mailed a Vote By Mail (VBM) ballot. It DOES NOT require any voter to mail the ballot in but allows a voter to still vote in person at any Vote Center established by The Voter Choice Act. This bill has allowed the manipulation of ballots generated by dirty voter rolls that began with the NVRA Act of 1993. |
